About my cardiology practice
I am a Consultant Cardiologist based at the Bristol Heart Institute, University Hospitals Bristol NHS trust.
I previously worked for 5 years as a consultant cardiologist at the Regional cardiac centre in Mid & West Wales before moving to Bristol.
I am happy to see patients with all general cardiology complaints and have a specialist interest in coronary intervention (Angioplasty) and structural intervention (TAVI). My NHS practice centres around the investigation and management of patients with chest pain and established coronary artery disease and transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) for Aortic stenosis. I offer the full range of non invasive tests ( Echo , exercise testing, holter monitoring..) as well as a number of specialist procedures including Cardiac CT, diagnostic angiography and coronary angioplasty and stenting.
For details of my nationally validated clinical outcomes in coronary intervention please see the British Cardiovascular Interventional Society (BCIS) website.
